Our team is designed to leverage the strengths of our staff within a streamlined structure to provide exceptional results with a high level of customer service and quality. We are creators, writers, strategizers, designers, photographers, videographers, storyboard makers. Occasionally, we fill the role of therapist or coffee deliverers. “Other duties as assigned” is where we thrive!

We’ve also tapped into our talented extended team members to support our efforts in client objectives. We work quickly and can be ready to start a project with minimal start time.

A veteran communicator, Liselle has nearly 20 years of experience and her expertise includes spearheading communications, marketing and outreach projects for clients throughout California. Her background blends both in-house communications and agency expertise to ensure impactful communications strategies for the clients she serves. She will serve as the project manager and principal in charge, leading DeGrave’s fully integrated team of communications, outreach, marketing and branding professionals.

Rachel McGuire, APR

Rachel is a recognized leader in the field of communications and brings nearly 20 years of experience working in-house and in an agency setting to this project along with a proven track record of award-winning communications, marketing, outreach and branding strategies. An expert in communications, Rachel has overseen high-profile, multi-year marketing efforts, outreach and education campaigns for organizations throughout the state. For this engagement, Rachel will support the day-to-day project management efforts and work closely with the principal in charge and the support team.

Robin Rockey, APR

Communications and public relations leader Robin Rockey, APR, brings nearly 20 years of diverse expertise in communications and marketing, including award-winning public-sector communications experience working with and for special districts and cities throughout California. Her multi-faceted communications and outreach expertise spans developing communications and outreach strategies, public outreach, crisis communications, digital communications and marketing. She also honed her razor-sharp writing, editing and social media skills as web and social media editor at AAA Westways magazine, and while running the popular Go Southern California Instagram and Twitter accounts. Robin will be responsible for executing communications projects.

Denise Williams, M.ED.

Denise is an expert communicator with more than a decade of experience working on communications, marketing, outreach and branding project for clients. Her diverse background at the nexus of communications and education ensures strategically developed and executed projects and programs for our clients. She will be responsible for assisting our team with executing communications and outreach project deliverables.

Ashley Ringger

Ashley is an accomplished professional in the fields of communications and public affairs. She brings nearly 15 years of experience in community outreach and engagement as well as graphic and website design to DeGrave Communications. Ashley has designed communications campaigns and collateral for our clients, including program websites, social media content and graphics, fact sheets, reports and notifications. A gifted storyteller, graphic artist and web designer she will assist with crafting dynamic visuals together with meaningful content for this project.

Karen Demamiel

Karen is inspired by capturing joy through the lens of her camera. As a corporate lifestyle photographer, she brings to life her images through visual storytelling. In world where a photo can mold perception and impact change, Karen’s photography enhances the outreach that we do for our clients.

For this project, Jimmy will provide photo and drone/aerial photography.
